Forgotten Spaces exhibition design

Client: RIBA/National Theatre
Role: Exhibition design, identity/print design, production and build.

The exhibition, held at the National Theatre, showcased proposals for the re-appropriation of derelict or unused spaces in London. The Lyttelton Foyer does not have a formal gallery - this enabled us to introduce a designed space which reflected the content of the exhibition.

The fabric of this new space was distorted in different ways to present the exhibited work, and in turn, reveal forgotten details of the exhibition's setting. Concept images for the exhibition design were featured on the front cover of the Architects Journal, May 2010.
